My not so scurvy, very fluffy Potato Pirates,

This is your Chief Potato Pirate speaking (more like typing). So much action since our last update! I thought it'd be best to write an update to clarify. 

1. E-resources and curriculum

If you are a backer, your reward already includes the:

- 3-hr learning resource (in all 3 programming languages! remember the previous stretch goals people?)

- the e-colouring book

- we've even thrown in the printable paper doll cutouts (see previous update for visual)

FOR THE SEVEN PEOPLE WHO HAVE BACKED THE $500 REWARD TIER (WHICH INCLUDES MY WONDERFUL MOTHER AND SISTER), YOU WILL GET ALL THE ABOVE AS WELL AS THE 12-HR CURRICULUM. YOU BASICALLY GET EVERYTHING. YOU OWN OUR SOUL.

YOUR REWARD TIER DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE IF YOU HAVE BACKED ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TIERS:

- made a pledge without a reward

- backed the ALL HAIL THE POTATO KING tier

- backed the BASIC BUD tier

No fear for add-ons are here!

2. Add-ons

If you'd like to include anything more, like an extra card deck, t-shirt, Potato King enamel pin, 12-hr curriculum etc. you can do so once the campaign ends. We here at Codomo sincerely appreciate the fervour and enthusiasm all of you have shown by throwing your money at us and upgrading your pledges. We sincerely love you for that. That will also make it almost impossible for us to keep track of all these add-ons. Please don't do that to us. It's bad enough His Majesty Potato King has been making us work overtime. We request you to not perform any upgrades to your pledges until we open up BackerKit (the pledge manager platform we are using to fulfill your orders). BackerKit will also ask for confirmation of shipping address etc. 

If you add in extra money, we will take it as a donation to build Potato King a better ship and buying him shiny stuff. If you'd like to switch reward tiers, by all means, go ahead. You have 17 more hours to switch reward tiers and make adjustments to your pledge level. PLEASE NOTE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UPGRADING YOUR REWARD TIER AND ADDING EXTRA MONEY TO YOUR REWARD TIER FOR ADD-ONS. THE FORMER IS GOOD BECAUSE WE CAN TRACK THE CHANGE. THE LATTER IS BAD BECAUSE WE DON'T KNOW WHY YOU DECIDED TO GIVE US MORE MONEY. 

Another thing about the add-ons, we would like to open up more of them but that would further complicate our production and pipeline so we're trying to find a sweet spot. I believe the sweet spot has been located (refer to the previous update)

P.S. Since the last update, we've had 30 new entries for the Potato King Jumbo plushie lucky draw. Wow you guys are good! I'd have never caught it if I hadn't helped make the video!

P.P.S. Singaporean backers, unfortunately, no, there is no free shipping or free local pickup as we MANUFACTURE AND FULFILL ALL ORDERS FROM HONG KONG, NOT UPPER CHANGI ROAD (haha)

22 HOURS TO GO!

That's right we are losing our minds. The final day of our campaign! You've asked (repeatedly) and we've heard. We present to you our final stretch goal, another exclusive card for all you spud-tacular Kickstarter backers. We'll reveal the card as soon as we hit $250,000!

As we approach the finish line, here are some major updates regarding add-ons and shipping information that the community has been asking for repeatedly.

1. ADD-ONS & SURVEY 

- Add-ons will be done post-campaign through Backerkit survey.  

- Payment for add-ons will be made through Backerkit.  

- Shipping fees for add-on will differ depending on your reward tier. 

- Please note that purchase of add-ons will most probably delay your shipment, so you'll receive the card decks and the add-ons by January 2018. 

2. LIST OF ADD-ONS 

Designs are not set in stone! So feel free to propose!

Make sure your friends and family do not miss these deals! Share on your social media!

To end off, here's a preview of the printable paper dolls that you'll receive in 1-2 weeks! We're sure you (or your kids/students) will have fun with it!

P.S. One lucky backer has a chance to win the Jumbo Potato King plushie absolutely for free! There's a clue in our Kickstarter video, it has always been there and so far we have 2 entries. Contest ends with the campaign. We'll reveal the clue in the next update.

Instead of helping matters I think I have added on to the confusion. The main purpose of asking not to pledge add-ons was to avoid confusion and of course to clarify who gets what. 

I only said remove add-ons to keep things simple. Guess its not so simple.

1. BackerKit resolves everything

This is true, extra pledge amounts will be shown as 'store credit' in BackerKit. Means you will be able to choose an add-on of your choice on BackerKit with the extra money pledged. For some reason, I did not factor in the fact that your add-ons would catapult us to our Stretch Goal of $250,000! Thank you for pointing that out Scott. It's probably because its after midnight here. Bad move on my part. I'm sorry.

As such, I stand corrected. Please make pledges for any and all add-ons right now. If you'd like to think about it, you can do so after the campaign has ended, on the BackerKit website. The choice is yours.

If you have already added the add-on. YOU NEED TO TAKE NO ACTION!

I'm really very sorry to add on to the confusion. I hope at least everyone is clear on the rewards they are entitled to.

2. Shipping

We will fulfill all orders which do not have any add-ons by December. You should have it in time for Christmas. The add-ons will cause delays in shipping due to manufacturing lead time. We will try our level best to ship it out by December. No promises. We can only promise January 2018.

3. Printed decks in multiple languages

We are really trying our best, sourcing manufacturers who can produce small quantities at a price which makes sense for us. It has been tough. We don't want to see any of our backers go. We are still trying but are unable to confirm anything as of now. If the translated versions are released in future, we will definitely offer an incentive to our Kickstarter backers in forms of discounts or add-ons. You have our word.

I sincerely apologise if the previous update made it worse. That was not the intention. 16 hours, $20,000! Lets make it happen!
